Regarding the data communicated by potential dealers and candidates for work, taking into account the peculiarity of the services requested, the data could be kept permanently or for 2 years, however we will contact you periodically to ask you for confirmation of your consent and to request any updates. 4. INFORMATION REQUEST, ADJUSTMENT, CANCELLATION BY THE USER - PORTABILITY

2. THE DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED THROUGH THE DM PLATFORM - PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

2.1 Your Personal Data collected and processed through the DM Platform are: a) the Personal Data collected during the registration and creation of the Customer profile to access the use of the DM Platform; b) data collected during the use of the DM Platform and all the services connected to it (by way of example and not limited to messages received and sent via chatbot, messanger, whatsapp, form, Mail).

2.2 Your Personal Data may be processed for the following purposes:

a) registration and access to the DM Platform;

b) use of the DM Platform and all the services connected to it;

c) marketing / promotional;

d) profiling;

e) statistical purposes on anonymized data;

f) fulfill the obligations established by laws and regulations.

2.3 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.2 lett. a) and b) is the fulfillment of contractual obligations or the performance of administrative-accounting functions by FEDLIO EOOD.

2.4 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.2 lett. c) and d) is consent.

2.5 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.2 lett. f) is the law.

2.6 Your consent is not necessary for anonymous data processing for the purpose indicated in letter e).

3. NATURE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The provision of Personal Data is optional. However, any refusal to provide your Personal Data for the purposes referred to in art. lett. a), and b) will make it impossible to access the DM Platform and to use all the services connected to it.

3.2 Any refusal to provide your Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point 2.2 lett. c) and d) will not have any consequences, except for the inability to be informed about any marketing and promotional initiatives.

3.3 In any case, requests for Personal Data are indicated from time to time, the communication of which is mandatory or optional.

4. METHODS AND PLACE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1 The processing of Personal Data will take place by FEDLIO EOOD which will use tools and supports - paper, magnetic, IT or telematic - suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality.

4.2 Your Personal Data will be stored by FEDLIO EOOD on servers allocated at the headquarters of the FEDLIO EOOD company with registered office in Sofia (CB), Bul. Tsar Boris III N 5.

5. END USER RIGHTS

6.2 The retention period of your Personal Data collected for the purposes referred to in art. 2.2 lett. c) and d) will be renewed each time you log in to the DM Platform after obtaining your consent. The retention period for fulfilling tax obligations complies with the provisions of the law. In any case, it will be possible to request cancellation or other interventions at any time pursuant to the provisions of art. 5 above.

7. COMMUNICATION OF THE TREATMENT

7.1 Without prejudice to the communications made in execution of legal obligations, your Personal Data may be communicated to the professional owner of the website. In such circumstances, communication is necessary in order to fulfill the contractual obligations borne by FEDLIO EOOD in relation to the contract signed with the owner of the website on which the DM Platform will be installed.

7.2 FEDLIO EOOD does not transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without your explicit consent or in the absence of legal requirements.

8. RIGHT TO COMPLAINTS

8.1 In the event that you believe that the processing of the Personal Data referred to you carried out through the DM Platform occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation you will have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
